Multilingual support in JComments

JComments can be efficiently used now in multilingual websites with JoomFish component: the comments sent in various languages for the same item are now different and not merged!

While being installed the component automatically updates the database tables and adds all necessary table fields. Every comment contents not only language information, but there is the possibility to save the logins of authorized users.

Besides, the import possibility from mXcomment is added and some errors are fixed.
